Emirati developer Dubai South Properties has rolled out a new project called the Pulse Villas. The project constitutes the second phase of the Pulse Development. The residential unit is located at Dubai South’s Residential District.
The Pulse Villas is home to 268 units and is spread across a built-up area ranging between 1,894 square ft and 2,720 sq ft. Furthermore, the project comprises 242 two- and three-bedroom flats including 26 four-bedroom flats and semi-detached villas. The residential units will be equipped with laundry rooms, study rooms, storage, maid’s rooms, private gardens and closed kitchens.
The residential community will have amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centre, basketball, football, tennis and padel tennis courts, along with prayer centre, fitness zone, RTA public bus service routes to places such as the Expo metro station and Sheikh Zayed Road.
Dubai South Properties is currently offering a payment plan with a 2 percent DLD waiver including a 5 percent booking fee. Customers can pay for the homes in two phases: 50 percent during construction and 50 percent after completion.
Mohammed Al Awadhi, from Dubai South Properties, told the media, “At Dubai South, we are committed to providing customers with a diverse range of properties to meet their aspirations and needs. As we get closer to Expo 2020, the population in the Residential District is also expected to increase in the years to come. The successful selling out of the first phase of townhouses at The Pulse encouraged us to launch a second phase.”
