AXA Global Healthcare will roll out a mind health service for the wellbeing of one’s mental health. The app will pave the path for users to consult qualifies psychologist, who wish to get mental health support.
Furthermore, the users can use the services from anywhere around the world an seek advice on topics such as life challenges, anxiety issues, home issues and many more. The service was tested last year and was found affective in assisting supported members in reducing stress, managing anxiety issues, mood swings, anger and balancing physical and mental health. The psychologists are fully trained to address these issues.
The members will be referred to the Mind Health team and a consultation after initially discussing their health concern with a doctor. After that, a psychologist will be assigned in accordance with the problem. The company seeks to provide a seamless support for both mental and physical health to its users by integrating the Mind Health service with Virtual Doctor from AXA.
