Gain signs 11 partnerships to reduce service charges

This partnership is expected to address the rising service charges in the UAE property market for property owners

Gain, a UAE-based private community concierge app recently announced to the media the signing of 11 partnerships with home and business providers. This partnership is expected to address the rising service charges in the UAE property market for property owners and also the living expenses that include rent for end-user tenants.

Gain is known for its aim to work towards reducing the hike in service charges and the cost of maintenance as they continued increasing between 10 to 25 percent of a unit’s rent in the past few years. The UAE home-grown startup supports the recent overhaul by the Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) towards the service chargers to boost the Dubai property market.

Sam Issa, the co-founder and managing director, Gain Online Community addressed the media and stated that “With a potential userbase of nearly 60,000 community members occupying around 28,500 offices, apartments, and villas, we are positive our new partnership with these 11 businesses providing home and commercial services will help end-users earn cashback they can use to pay their service charges.”

The 11 partners are ServeU Essentials, ISS Relocations, Spectrum, Realpoint, Arms & McGregor International Realty, Bluechip, Karters Interior Decoration, Unimar, Transfective, Kudos PRS and Shuraa.

The multi-partnership deals providing home and business services are expected to help occupants of the real estate communities. It will help them receive discounts and cashback when they purchase through Gain any service towards their home and offices like maintenance, relocation, storage, cleaning and pest control, property inspection, property valuation, property sale, property rental and associated property management services like IT support and property improvement services.
