In the latest bid to make transactions as paperless as possible, Amazon Payment Services has partnered with Zurich International Life Limited (Zurich) to offer digital payments for its customers in the Middle East. Zurich is one of the most well-known multi-line insurers companies that provide a range of life, saving, and investment solutions to companies like multinational corporations, mid-sized and large companies, small businesses, and individuals in the Middle East.
Because of this latest collaboration, Zurich’s customers can now pay insurance premiums digitally for all products in local currencies without incurring conversion fees.
Amazon Payment Services (APS) primarily function in the Middle East and North Africa where businesses can run with simple, affordable, and trustworthy online payments. In order to make this experience as seamless as possible, APS will offer digital payments to its customers in the Middle East on their onboarding platform, ZurichPro.
Walter Jopp, CEO of Zurich in the Middle East, said in a statement, “Partnering with Amazon Payment Services has enabled us to provide a seamless digital payment experience for our customers… Zurich’s instant life and critical illness insurance solutions, YourLife and YourCare, can now be purchased online in a matter of minutes.”
Keeping in mind the world’s current condition, electronic payments have emerged as one of the most preferred modes of payment by people and it is also considered to be one of the safest modes of transaction.
This latest digital payment service promises to deliver a safe and secure environment for receiving and processing customer data, and APS will act as the single point of contact that will manage Zurich’s digital payment needs and provide end-to-end support by interacting with various concerned parties in the card payment system.
